Please note during the Christmas period international postal delivery delays and customs clearance or regulatory delays are outside of our control so please ensure that you place your order in advance of our indicated delivery dates to be ensured of pre-Christmas delivery. The last order dates we show are an indication that should guarantee delivery on time but we cannot be responsible for actual delivery times once the shipment has dispatched within 24 hours of being placed from our shipping facility.

thewoollenmarket.com cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive free of customs fees, local taxes or import duty on arrival in countries we ship to outside of Europe. It is possible, but not regular that certain countries outside of the European Union apply an import tax on products shipped from another jurisdiction and as such we cannot be liable for additional import fee’s or taxes levied on parcels
Non Delivery & Attempted Delivery
We encourage customers to ensure that they use a day time delivery address. We ship all parcels signature on receipt so if some is not home to sign for delivery them the parcel will be held for 7 days in a local postal depot for personal collection before it is returned back to our shipping deport. Delivery fee’s are non refundable in these cases and a reshipping fee would be applicable if a second shipping is requested. Once a package has shipped you will be notified of the track code by email indicating the parcel is on route to you

Step 1. Confirmation that the order has been received is sent from our web site after you place an order.
Step 2. Confirmation your order has dispatched is sent from our customer service team. This email will include a tracking code for your parcel to enable you to monitor its delivery progress. Note* in certain countries there are delays in updating local shipping information on the system and a parcel will not always show the most current data
Returns, Exchanges or Damages.
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from giftvenue.com. However, for any reason if you would like to return any items (*certain restrictions apply), we are happy to provide a refund or exchange assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging, tags attached and in fully re-saleable condition. To receive a refund or an exchange you must return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery Goods must be returned with your packing slip to the address below. Mail order returns, thewoollenmarket.com, 36 Abbey Street, Ennis, Co Clare, Ireland. All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with the original product packaging and instructions where appropriate. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund will be affected. If returning goods, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our address. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. thewoollenmarket.com is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit back to us. If returning goods to one of our stores, you will need to have a copy of the delivery docket that accompanies the shipment. Without a copy of your delivery docket, we are unfortunately not able to accept any returns in the stores. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded * Restrictions – we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on special orders, sale products or personalized products (unless the mistake is ours)
Its a very rare occurance, but In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or an item is faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org attaching an image of the damaged item immediately. Damaged deliveries must be notified within 7 days of delivery to you. We will then arrange for a collection of the goods and organize a replacement to be sent out at the earliest opportunity. In some instances you will be asked to post the delivery back to us & in turn you will be given a full refund on these postal charges. Due to the handwoven nature of many of the woollen products supplied we cannot be held liable for any perceived flaw, colour variance or disappointment in any product delivered to you. We never sells seconds, each product has been produced by to a recognized standard of excellence by our woollen mills and are always considered of premier 1st quality and passed our stringent quality controls as well as being checked and deemed perfect for sale by our own team prior to dispatch. Refunds can only be offered onto the original card that was used for payment.
